Does LaundryBid guarantee the quality of services?
Last Updated: 7 July 2026No. LaundryBid does not provide laundry services and does not guarantee: • Service quality • Availability • Performance • Suitability of any Laundry Provider Clients remain responsible for carrying out their own checks before accepting a Quote.
Is LaundryBid responsible for disputes?
Last Updated: 7 July 2026No. LaundryBid is not a party to any Transaction. Any agreement is entered into directly between the Client and the Laundry Provider. The parties remain responsible for resolving any disputes that arise.
Can I cancel a Job?
Last Updated: 7 July 2026Yes. Cancellation requests may be submitted through the Platform. Additional terms may apply where a Quote has already been accepted. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.
What if my laundry is lost?
Last Updated: 25 June 2026Claims relating to lost items should be made directly to the Laundry Provider responsible for the service. Customers should provide details of the missing items and any supporting information to assist the Provider in investigating the issue.
What if my clothes are damaged?
Last Updated: 25 June 2026If you believe your garments have been damaged during the service, you should contact the Laundry Provider directly as soon as possible. Where appropriate, LaundryBid may assist with communication between the parties. LaundryBid is not responsible for resolving disputes relating to service quality or compensation.
How long does a refund take?
Last Updated: 25 June 2026Approved refunds are generally processed within five (5) working days. The time taken for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Can I get a refund?
Last Updated: 25 June 2026If a booking is cancelled or cannot be completed, you may be eligible for a refund or Platform Credit in accordance with the LaundryBid Cancellation Policy. Each request is assessed individually.
