What is a Client?
Last Updated: 7 July 2026A Client is a business or individual who posts a Job on LaundryBid and hires a Laundry Provider. Clients may include: • Hotels • Airbnb Hosts • Restaurants • Care Homes • Gyms • Commercial Businesses Clients can post Jobs, receive Quotes and choose the Laundry Provider they wish to work with.
How does LaundryBid work?
Last Updated: 7 July 2026Step 1 A Client posts a Job. Step 2 Laundry Providers review the Job and submit Quotes. Step 3 The Client reviews the Quotes received. Step 4 The Client selects the Laundry Provider that best meets their requirements. Step 5 The Client and Laundry Provider complete the Transaction directly.

Is it free to use LaundryBid?
Last Updated: 25 June 2026Yes. Creating an account and posting a Job are free for Customers. Laundry Providers can also register free of charge. Platform Fees may apply when a quotation is accepted, depending on the type of booking.
Who am I contracting with?
Last Updated: 25 June 2026When you accept a quotation, you enter into an agreement directly with the selected Laundry Provider. LaundryBid provides the platform for communication and booking but is not a party to the Transaction.
Does LaundryBid provide laundry services?
Last Updated: 25 June 2026No. LaundryBid is an online marketplace only. Laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, collection and delivery services are provided by independent Laundry Providers. LaundryBid is not responsible for carrying out the services and is not a party to the service agreement between the Customer and the Laundry Provider.
