A Quote may include: • Price • Service details • Collection arrangements • Turnaround times • Additional information Clients can review all submitted Quotes before making a decision.
Can a Laundry Provider update a Quote?
Last Updated: 7 July 2026Yes. Laundry Providers may update or revise a Quote before it has been accepted by the Client. Once a Quote has been accepted, any changes should be agreed directly between the parties.
Can multiple Laundry Providers submit Quotes for the same Job?
Last Updated: 7 July 2026Yes. Multiple Laundry Providers may submit Quotes for the same Job. Clients can review all Quotes received and decide which Laundry Provider best meets their requirements. There is no obligation to accept the lowest Quote.
How do Laundry Providers set their prices?

Can Laundry Providers refuse a Job?
Last Updated: 25 June 2026Yes. Laundry Providers may decline a Job where: the items are prohibited;the items are hazardous;the requested service is outside their capability;collection is outside their service area;the schedule is unavailable; orthe Job otherwise presents an unreasonable risk.
Are Laundry Providers insured?
Last Updated: 25 June 2026Insurance varies between Laundry Providers. Customers are encouraged to ask Providers whether they carry public liability insurance or insurance covering customers’ garments before accepting a quotation. LaundryBid does not guarantee that every Laundry Provider holds insurance.
Does LaundryBid verify Laundry Providers?

LaundryBid does not guarantee the qualifications, experience or performance of any Laundry Provider.
Can a Laundry Provider cancel a Job?
Last Updated: 25 June 2026Yes. If a Laundry Provider is unable to complete an accepted Job, they should notify the Customer as soon as reasonably possible. Repeated cancellations may affect a Provider’s reputation and may result in action being taken under the LaundryBid Terms and Conditions.
